Data Format Details:

• Date: YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2025-01-15)
• Name: Merchant or expense name (quoted if contains commas)
• Amount: Numeric value (e.g., 45.50)
• Currency: Three-letter currency code (e.g., USD, EUR, INR)
• Category: Expense category name
• Note: Additional notes or description
• Tags: Comma-separated tags without spaces (e.g., groceries,weekly)
• CategoryName: Name of the budget category
• MonthlyBudget: Monthly budget amount in your primary currency

CSV Escaping: If any field contains commas, it will be enclosed in double quotes. For example: "Coffee Shop, Downtown"

Cloud sync is built into Paysa on all platforms. When you first use the app, you can sign up for cloud sync, or if you're using the app offline, you can convert your account to Cloud Mode in the settings. Once enabled, your expenses, categories, budgets, and tags sync automatically across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This feature is entirely opt-in and powered by AWS for privacy and reliability.

While Paysa is primarily designed for personal finance tracking, you can use it for business expenses by creating appropriate categories and tags. However, for complex business needs, you might want to consider dedicated business expense apps.
